any questions on this please post them and i'll be more than happy to explain this further....

#2.......Within The Coven there are many families... some families are entities of their own... like the Darkshadows..and some families are purely apart of The Coven...families that have no Lord or Lordess but are their own bloodlines... they are represented in The Coven Counsel ... to join families like The Niyati.. The de Angelys... and The O'Cuinn's ...you are Coven when you join... Syriya de Angelys is Lordess of The Coven

Room Info / Powers
« Last post by Smurfy on August 13, 2017, 08:24:14 pm »
Obviously we have some characters in the room that have more powers then others: By aspect some people would call them God Mod Chars... So I'll take this time to explain a little...
When you have a God like character, you are also faced with a responsibility of not using that character to cause harm to other chars unless agreed upon by both typists.
When you have a God like character - You still have to make things realistic to where your character doesn't just go out blasting people with fire balls or what have you just for ****s and giggles.
For instance:
Faeiry has a character named Skyla de Angelys who is the vessel for The Goddess of All. She is protector of Avalon, and of the Coven. Just because the coven gets into a fight with the fates, doesn't mean that Skyla comes in and kills the fates - She would simply find a way to exstract the fates from the character rather then kill the character itself (unless agreed otherwise).

The Chars that Can NOT be killed by any means are only
The Goddess of All
The God of All
-------------------------------
Other gods and goddess's are lower then these two, so they can be killed. However, it would be a pretty boring story if the gods and goddess's were killed, when they can be used in other ways, like for instance, one story we have going on is that The Goddess of War is plotting against The Coven and even has a spy living in the Coven working with the fates.  Their powers are pretty much limitless, however we don't really want anyone to play them - They are more for NPC then anything else.
--------------------------------
Fates:
There are only 3 fates and they live in a vessel, the vessel is always a vampire, right now the current Fates Vessel is Lucious de Angelys. The fates powers are truly sinister. They can morph themselves to look like anyone, The are stronger then any Kindred, demon , angel, fallen angel, and some of the gods. They can flick their finger and send someone hurling into the Abyss. They have electricity running through them and are able to create fire within their hands. They can also trick their victims into seeing something that isn't there. They also have the power to attack their victims mind, to make them go insane.
-------------------------------
Kindred born -
The average Kindred born is probably stronger then someone who was sired, and even more so if they have fates blood or demon inside them.
----------------------------
Sired -
Those sired have strength of course, and powers of their own, but The Older the vamp is the stronger they are and the better powers they have. Nykola Niyati for instance is an ancient vampire who could easily Hold back his Kindred born son Dmitri without any issue at all.  So just because you are Sired doesn't mean you are weak. It all depends on the age of your vampire.
--------------------------
Demons-
Demons within the city probably are about the same in power as those Sired, and it would work the same - Age would make them more powerful.
------------------------
Fallen Angels-
Of course some would call them demons as well, but that's not the case in our room. A Fallen Angel once lived in the heavens, and would have been tossed out for one reason or another, They would still have Angelic Powers rather then demon powers. Angelic Powers would be that of Goodness and light, They would have Empathy, The power to heal, To Calm people down, They would be able to touch their victim and bring them a peace that rushes through their body and makes them not want to fight anymore, a great defense, but less offense)
-----------------------
Angels -
There are very few Angels in the room, however - They would be played more like messengers or Prophets, bringing messages to those that the gods would give them orders to do. They would not be allowed to mate with anyone other then Angels, less they be tossed from the heavens and become one of the fallen. They are able to have Empathy, The power to heal, To calm people down just by touching them.
-------------------
Shadow Walkers -
These are not demons, like some might believe. They were an experiment created by Dmitri Darkshdaow, and it went awry. They feed off of souls, and they can pretty much minipulate shadows. (If someone wishes to play one please see Smurfy first)
------------------
Mages-
A Mage is a Mortal who can do Magic. Not to the exstent that they could kill a vampire, but they could easily wipe out a couple mortals through their magics
--------------------
Dragons -
There is currently only allowed 1 dragon in the room at this time and that is Faye (explination to come later on)
--------------------
Specialty Demons -
Incubus - they have the ability to use sexual energy to capture their victims
Succubus - they have the ability to use sexual energy to capture their victims
---------------------

(At this time we are not allowing God like chars except those already within the room )
(If you have a char that is made up of something that isn't on the list and you wish to play them please see Smurfy or Faeiry to find out if it's a passable char )

Room Info / The City welcomes
« Last post by Smurfy on August 13, 2017, 08:21:19 pm »
The room is lightly based off of White wolf-but, there is a lot of free form to the room. For instance you will find it within the breeds of vampire and those on the outside-

Vampire's list within the room-(Both Sabbat and Camarilla Reside within the walls of the city. - There is a masq however, the saying goes-clean up your own messes-Since you really don't want the coven to do it for you.

Brujah-
Their name is derived from Bruja, the Spanish word for witch.
In the modern setting (Vampire: The Masquerade), the Brujah are characterized mostly as anarchists. White Wolf states, "The typical Brujah wears a biker jacket, tattered jeans, combat boots...". Brujah childer conduct their political conventions amongst the noise of raves and punk-rock concerts. Their Ancilla have long used secret, impromptu, and often violent rants to propel their anarchic culture. In comparison to other vampires, the Brujah are especially violent.

Malkavian-
White Wolf states, "Stories speak of an epidemic of contagious dementia exploding among those of Malkav's blood." (VtM3—p. 72) Malkavians frequently haunt asylums, hospitals, and slums.
As with all the vampire clans in the World of Darkness setting, Malkavians suffer from a specific flaw: in this case, they are incurably insane. However, many Malkavians believe their insanity to be a strength rather than a weakness. Exactly why they all suffer from insanity is unknown, but according to the Book of Nod, all third-generation vampires were cursed by Caine after the second-generation vampires were destroyed.

Nosferatu-
The most visibly cursed of all Kindred, the Embrace warps each Nosferatu into a hideously deformed creature; the archetypal Nosferatu resembles Max Schreck's Count Orlok, though the curse has any number of variations. The Nosferatu are the spymasters of the dead, collecting information and selling it for a dear price. They are also the masters of the underground, living in the sewers for protection.

Toreador-
The Toreador are some of the most beautiful and glamorous of the Kindred. Famous (and infamous) as a clan of artists and innovators they are one of the bastions of the Camarilla, as their very survival depends on the facades of civility and grace on which the sect prides itself.
It is said that the Clan's founder, Arikel was a mortal painter in the First City. Famed throughout the lands for her work, after her Embrace she painted a mural on which the past, present and future of Kindred society was depicted. When Caine saw a terrible future for his race, he cursed her with the affliction that affects Toreador today - the art that she loved most dearly would now be her obsession and distraction above all things.

Tremere-
The background originally has Tremere were originally a group of human mages from House Tremere of the Order of Hermes. When they found their magical life-extending elixirs started failing due to the growing lack of belief in magic, they started looking elsewhere. They captured vampires of the Tzimisce clan and conducted experiments on their bodies and blood, and they found how to become immortal with the help of a fellow patron named the Comte de Saint Germain. They became immortal as promised, however, in exchange, they turned into vampires.

Ventrue-
The Ventrue are the rulers, leaders and politicians of the Camarilla, sometimes known as the Patrician Clan or the Kingship Clan. In Ancient Rome, they were generals and warlords of the Empire, and in the Dark Ages, they were knights and barons, leading crusades and conquests. In modern times the Ventrue still have great ambition and see themselves as conquerors, but their ways have changed, using courts and companies instead of feifdoms and mighty armies. Targets for Embrace by the Ventrue have always been people in positions of power, whether these people were aristocracy or company CEOs. The Ventrue perceive themselves as the most powerful of the vampiric clans thanks to their wealth, social influence, and powers over the thoughts and feelings of mortals.

Gangrel -
The Gangrel are nomadic shapeshifters whose magical Discipline, Protean, allows them to transform their physical substances. Emulating animal forms, fusing with the surrounding elements or becoming a cloud of mist are all legendary examples of this power, but even more radical and bizarre transformations are possible. Their mastery of Protean is so much greater than any other Clan that Gangrel can assume virtually any animal form, providing it is a scavenger or a predator. Other vampires with the Protean Discipline are limited to the forms of Wolf and Bat; no one (not even the Gangrel) know why this is so

Assamite-
In the original version of this clan the Assamites are a group of skilled, select assassins who often commit contract killings in exchange for the blood of other vampires. Even when compared to other vampires, the Assamite appear overly obsessed with blood, due to a clan weakness which causes an addiction to the blood of other vampires.

Giovanni-
The usurpers of clan Cappadocian and the youngest clan of Caine, the Giovanni are both a clan and a family. They Embrace exclusively within their family (one of many things kept within the family), and are heavily focused on two goals: money and (necromantic) power. Unlike most vampires, the Giovanni are associated with neither the Camarilla nor the Sabbat. Much of the Giovanni symbolism is Italian, and the organization was founded in Venice (c.1000 AD). Their symbol is the Giovanni seal.

Lasombra-
Lasombra vampires cast no reflections. They cannot be seen in mirrors, bodies of water, reflective windows, polished metals, photographs and security cameras, etc. This curious anomaly even extends to the clothes they wear and objects they carry. Many Kindred believe that the Lasombra have been cursed in this manner for their vanity. Additionally, due to their penchant for darkness, Lasombra take an extra level of damage from sunlight.

Ravnos-
The Ravnos clan are all criminals; each Ravnos has a specific vice ranging from plagiarism to mass murder. When the opportunity to indulge that vice is present, Ravnos must succeed in a self-control check to avoid indulging it.
Misunderstood as a clan of gypsies and tricksters, the western Ravnos are a minor and heretical branch of the undead lords of India. Gifted with the power to manipulate maya, the Ravnos saw themselves as tempters and avengers, replacing the fallen Kuei Jin in the scheme of the universe.

Tzimisce-
The Tzimisce consider themselves apart from and superior to other Vampires, or Kindred, by dint of their unique Disciplines, unnatural ethical views and the inner-structure of their Clan. Many Tzimisce characters are warriors or religious leaders within the Sabbat, though many lead existences devoid of other Vampiric contact, instead surrounding themselves with servants and slaves. They are obsessed with their birthplaces and graves, usually possessing some of the soil from the location of their Embrace, over which they are fiercely territorial.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
demons-
daemons-
shadow walkers-
angels-

All are welcome within the room within reason.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
There is only one who can control the fates at a time- (refer to the darkshadows section to read on the fates vrs. The gods.)

Room Info / History of Fates and Gods
« Last post by Smurfy on August 13, 2017, 08:20:38 pm »
In the beginning, There were The Gods... Before Man, Before Demon, Before vampire or other creatures walked among the earth...

12 Entities which were known as

Eram  | God of Devastation
Erebus |Goddess of Love
Dike (Iustitia) | goddess of justice
Helios (Sol) | god of fate
Eris (Discordia) | goddess whose name means "discord" or "strife
Enyo (Bellona) | goddess of war
Asklepios (Asclepius) | goddess of healing

As well as The two major ones:
----
The Goddess of All - She who has no name , who is Goddess of Avalon and reigns over The others-Think Mother Earth

The God of All - He who has no name, Who is God of Asgard  and reigns over The others-Think Father Sky
-----
Then there were 3 more
(Though they were replaced by those who control fate in the Tor)
Fates (Moirai in Greek, Parcae in Latin) | goddesses who supervised fate; the poet Hesiod names them
Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos were once Gods.
These three would soon wage war among the other Gods. For they thought that they were above the others. Once the  other Gods caught wind of what the fates were up to, they were cast from the heavens to live on the Earth. Not able to take capriole form themselves they were sent as spirits. They first possessed a man by the name of Cronin, After Cronin's death (Lucious killed him because the fates grew bored with him),  came Lucious(Lucious was killed by Landen at one point, though brought back years later to once again house the fates) , Then Landen Darkshadow. These are the three known vampires that have housed the fates.

The fates have been waging war against the gods since the beginning of time, they use members of the coven because they are strong and have special blood that brings forth life.

-- Within the heavens a war wages on between gods and goddess alike. They all seek to gain the wisdom and power which only The goddess and god of all have, but they do not realize it is a war that will be their demise for who can take on The true gods without being slain?

Just to give everyone an idea of what is within the room ...

The Dark Intentions Hotel and casin o
The home of the coven members. The public levels of course is the perfect place for innocent mortals to get their gambling on in the casin o, watch a show at the coven theater, or they can catch some showgirls dancing within the Haus of pain gentleman's club. Or stop by for some exciting night life in the Crimson rose nightclub where they can get their dance on. Or step by the marriage chappel and have a quick wedding!

The large elevator is reserved for the family members- in the great upstairs there are several wings in private levels that allow the coven members their own wing. There is a grand common room for all members of the coven, in which members of the de Angelys, Darkshadows, St. Kegans, O'Cuinn's and Niyati reside (as well as a few others baring different last names.)
The lower sub levels are private as well and bare the dungeon as well as the labs. In which all kinds of scientific experiements take place.

-------------
Beyond the city....
Hell house of Soulreavers is sitting quietly in the middle of the desert. - The entire house flesh crafted in bone. This is where the Soulreavers plot against the coven.
----------------

Avalon.......
Avalon is in a different realm beyond the earthly plane. It contains the heavenly realm in which the lady (goddess) resides. It is a beautiful place full of happiness. It appears as a medieval home one which technology doesn't exist. There is a small library in which people in Avalon can study about the earth and keep up with the times. The devilschilds (children of the horned God) reside within the walls of Avalon as well as the Dimera family (the oldest family known within the world/heavens.) Those two families are the only ones with the ability to open the gates of Avalon (as well as Damien Darkshadow)

------------------
The Abyss-
The dimention where evil resides, It is beyond the 9 layers of hell, and is where the worst of the worst evil is created and resides.

The fates temple- Underworld- Abyss
This is the place where the fates were cast down unable to take caporial form and had to possess a vessle in order to bring about domination of the world. Here they do their evil bidding. Here they plot to take over the heavenly realm and conquer avalon.
------------------
Asgard....
Within the walls of Vahalla , the heavenly realm in which the God of All resides. Here you can only reach from going through Avalon. It is the level of heaven which connects itself as a mirror to Avalon. Most people that visit , do not return.
--------------
The Nexus...
The Nexus, is a place where no gods can reach. It is a bridge between worlds. Within the Nexus, there are no houses, no stores, no need of money. Here people must hunt beasts for food, create their own drinks (such as River water: a concoction of alcohol that Gethin and Draven made together) - There are many wild bore, and other creatures - some that are unique like Lava demons that breathe fire, much like a dragon only with the head of a pig. This is where the new brood was raised.

-----------------
Of course there are many other places within Vegas. The strip, parks, churches ect.
----..........

If you need a pd request please let one of the room controllers know so that we can get it up as soon as possible.
